      Purpose:<\/strong>
      \nThe restaurant can export BIR data quickly Instruction steps: <\/strong>On PC, click the icon and select Export BIR data<\/strong>. Then select time range: From – To<\/p>\n

      The screen shows 2 buttons Export <\/strong>and Cancel<\/strong>. By clicking Export<\/strong>, export 1 zip file including bills, reprinted bills, canceled bills, entry-closing notes and daily closing entry Exported files are in .txt format<\/strong>

      \nPurpose:<\/span>
      \n<\/strong>The restaurant can integrate with QRIS wallet <\/span>Instruction steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Step 1:<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0On the management page, go to Utilities and select\u00a0Credit\/debit card\/E-wallet.<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

      For a chain, to set up QRIS account<\/strong>: The program allows to set up QRIS ingegration for the whole chain or for each branch
      \nClick on Settings, then
      \n– For the chain: enter mID and restaurant name as registered with QRIS
      \n– For the branch: Enter mID\u00a0and restaurant name as registered with QRIS<\/span><\/p>\n

      \nFor a branch, to set up QRIS account<\/strong>: The program shows\u00a0<\/span>You can only set up e-wallet QRIS when viewing by restaurant chain
      \n<\/strong>
      \n<\/strong>Step 2:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>After connecting successfully, please note that:<\/p>\n

      On PC<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

      On Get payment screen, by selecting QRIS the program shows QR Code. The cashier scans code for the guest or prints code and gives it to the guest to scan.
      \nClick\u00a0Check transaction\u00a0<\/strong>to know if the guest has made payment successfully or not. If it is successful, the cashier closes or prints bill<\/p>\n

      \nIf the guests has made payment successfully<\/strong><\/span>, the program shows bill and notification\u00a0Paid via QRIS successfully<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n


      \nIf the guest has made payment successfully but the program has not updated the status,<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0the cashier can check\u00a0Confirm of successful payment<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n


      \n<\/em>On Mobile<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

      On Get payment screen, by selecting QRIS the program shows QR Code. The cashier follow the same steps as on PC.

      Step 3:\u00a0On online sale page<\/strong><\/p>\n

      On the management page, select\u00a0Online sale<\/strong>\u00a0and set up payment method by QRIS.<\/p>\n

      When the guest makes payment, the guest checks payment method by QRIS.<\/p>\n
