Then they use food\/drink service and make payment with this card. After that, they go back to the cashier&#8217;s counter and return the card. If there&#8217;s any money left in the card, the cashier will clear the points and return cash to the guest.<br \/>\n<strong>Instruction steps:<br \/>\n1.1. The manager follows these steps:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Step 1:\u00a0<\/strong>On management page, select\u00a0<strong>Utilities\\Guest<\/strong>. Create a list of cards available in Utilities\\Guest.<br \/>\n<strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Enter card ID in &#8220;Membership ID&#8221; field<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size70\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.com\/en\/images\/malai_01.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n<strong>Step 2:<\/strong>\u00a0List of hard cards is automatically converted to 5Food. The program will automatically generate a pay-out note on management page.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size70\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.com\/en\/images\/malai_10.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\nUpon closing shift, add Return pre-paid amount in\u00a0<strong>Shift report and Close shift<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size70\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.com\/en\/images\/malai_11.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n<strong><a name=\"2\"><\/a>2.\u00a0The restaurants accepting payment via iPay88 can check pay-ins by wallet.<br \/>\nPurpose:\u00a0<\/strong>The restsaurant can easily follow and check received amount in each wallet when the guests make payment via iPay88.<br \/>\n<em><strong>E.g.<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0Ipay88 is integrated with 8 wallets such as Alipay, Boost, Mayback QRPay, TouchnGo ewallet, Mcash, UniPay QR, WeChat Pay (CNY), Presto Pa. Upon making payment via wallet, the guest can select one of those wallets. In the end of the day, the owner can check payment in each wallet.<br \/>\n<strong>Instruction steps:<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>2.1. On management page<\/strong><br \/>\nThe owner checks received amount from each wallet by either of these ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to\u00a0<strong>Bank deposit<\/strong>, select tab\u00a0<strong>Deposit checking<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select\u00a0<strong>iPay88<\/strong>, in wallet type you can select each wallet you want to check.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size70\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.com\/en\/images\/ipay_03.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n<strong><a name=\"3\"><\/a>3. The restaurant manager can add or redeem points without the guests&#8217; confirmation.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Purpose:<\/strong>\u00a0For dine-in restaurants, some VIP guests authorize\u00a0their assistants to make payment. Upon making payment, the assistant usually reads their boss&#8217; name and phone number to add or redeem points. However, before doing so the software requires the guest&#8217;s confirmation. It causes inconvenience.\u00a0Therefore, as of R80, the restaurant can set up not to require the guests&#8217; confirmation upon redeeming points.<br \/>\n<strong>Instruction steps:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On management page, go to\u00a0<strong>System settings\\General settings\\Purchase\/Sale<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Uncheck\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Require to confirm upon deducting the guest&#8217;s points&#8221;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size70\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.com\/en\/images\/sudungdiem.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
