Actual:<\/strong> Router (*1) of the restaurant is set 192.168.0.1. Because the restaurant is large, additional access points (*2) are installed and plugged directly in the Router. However, these transmitters have default IP address which is different from IP address of Router (E.g: 192.168.20.1). When the mobile device is connected to the access point, cannot find the local server.<\/span><\/p>\n

Solution:<\/strong>\u00a0Disable DHCP (*3) on access points so that they can automatically generate IP address (*4). At that time IP address of access points is the same as IP address of the Router.<\/span>
\nPlease follow these steps::<\/strong> <\/span>
\nDepending on the network provider, disabling DHCP is different. For example access point of DLink<\/strong><\/span>
\n1. Plug the network cable of the cashier’s device in the access points. Or get the mobile device connected with the access point.<\/span>
\n2. Open the browser and get access to IP address of the access point. Normally it is 192.168.0.1, 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.20.1,…<\/span>
\n3. Enter\u00a0Username, Password<\/strong>. Default Username is admin, Password is admin or 1234 or 1111. (Login information is different among providers)<\/span>

\n4. Click\u00a0Login<\/strong>.<\/span>
\n\"\"<\/span><\/div>\n
5. Select\u00a0Local Network\u00a0tab<\/strong>, disable DHCP<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

6. Follow the same steps for other access points.<\/span>
\n7. At that time, IP address of the access point is changed to the same IP address of the Router. When mobile devices are connected with access point, it is possible to find local server.<\/span><\/p>\n
