{"id":24867,"date":"2023-11-17T11:54:27","date_gmt":"2023-11-17T04:54:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/172.16.180.51:20265\/de\/kb\/what-to-do-when-guest-cancels-items\/"},"modified":"2023-11-23T14:18:42","modified_gmt":"2023-11-23T07:18:42","slug":"what-to-do-when-guest-cancels-items","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"\/de\/kb\/what-to-do-when-guest-cancels-items\/","title":{"rendered":"What to do when guest cancels items?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For orders that has been saved, but guest want to cancel items, proceed as following:<\/p>\n<p><strong>If order has not been sent to kitchen\/bar<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Touch order that has item you need to cancel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6421\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/selectordertdeleteitemdanhsachordertablet_20082019.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Touch <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-border wp-image-2130 alignnone\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/bieu_tuong_3_cham_3.png\" alt=\"bieu_tuong_3_cham_3\" width=\"17\" height=\"35\" \/> next to item you want to delete.<\/li>\n<li>Touch\u00a0<strong>Delete item<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>That item will be deleted from the order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6422\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/deleteitem_chitietorder_tablet_20082019.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>If order has been sent to kitchen\/bar<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Touch order that you need to cancel item<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6423\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/selectordertcancelitemdanhsachordertablet01_20082019.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Touch <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-border wp-image-2130 alignnone\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/bieu_tuong_3_cham_3.png\" alt=\"bieu_tuong_3_cham_3\" width=\"17\" height=\"35\" \/> next to item you need to cancel.<\/li>\n<li>Select\u00a0<strong>Delete item<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6424\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/menudeletitem_tablet_20082019.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enter quantity to delete and reason for deleting.<\/li>\n<li>Touch\u00a0<strong>Yes<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6425\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/selectcancelreason_tablet_20082019.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Then the deleted item will be crossed on the order list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6426\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/cancelitem_order_tablet_20082019.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If a portion of items have been served, you can only delete the remaning unserved portion of that item..<\/li>\n<li>If all of that item has been served, you cannot delete that item.<\/li>\n<li>Cannot delete item in combo or item processed by ingredient (that sold by kg).<\/li>\n<li>When an item is deleted, there will be a sound notification and that item will disappear on screen of Kitchen.<\/li>\n<li>If the restaurant manager select option <strong>Restaurant manager must confirm before deleting order, item<\/strong>, then you must have confirmation of a manager account to delete item.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"display: inline !important;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ib aligncenter wp-image-4298\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Huy-mon-7.png\" alt=\"Huy-mon-7\" width=\"450\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The accounts that can confirm item deletion: <strong>Restaurant manager, Restaurant chain manager, System admin<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><br \/>\nIf the manager want to let other staff to confirm deletion, the manager can assign that staff the role of <strong>Order control<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For orders that has been saved, but guest want to cancel items, proceed as following: If order has not been sent to kitchen\/bar Touch order that has item you need to cancel.
