You can touch\u00a0<strong>Qty<\/strong> to quickly add quantity.<\/li>\n<li>You can search for item by typing the first letter in the name of item. Example: To search for\u00a0<b>Chateau beef tartare<\/b>\u00a0then type <strong>cbt<\/strong>, to search for <strong>French black caviar<\/strong>\u00a0then type <strong>fbc<\/strong>, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6634\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/selectitem_order_phone_ge_13112019.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"528\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select all the items you need, and select <strong>NEXT<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6635\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/detailfunctioninorder_13112019.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"536\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Touch\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ib alignnone wp-image-6221\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Untitled.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"30\" height=\"23\" \/>\u00a0to enter quantity of guest.<\/li>\n<li>Touch <strong>Order 3.30 &gt;<\/strong>\u00a0to enter table.<\/li>\n<li>Touch <strong>ORDER (or ADD TIME)\u00a0<\/strong>to add items from menu.<\/li>\n<li>Touch icon <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6636\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/iconselectmorefunction_phone_12112019.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"40\" height=\"29\" \/>then select\u00a0<strong>Additional item<\/strong> to add items that are not in the menu.<\/li>\n<li>Select\u00a0<strong>Promotion<\/strong>\u00a0if you want to apply promotion for guest <em>(This symbol will only appear if the restaurant manager has set up promotions and those promotions are applicable<\/em><em>).<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Price schedule<\/strong>\u00a0to change price of items to a different price at the time you make oder. <em>(This symbol will only appear if the restaurant manager has set up price schedule in menu settings).<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Enter other details in the order (if any).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Step 3: Send Kitchen &amp; Bar<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select <strong>SEND TO K\/B<\/strong> to send order to kitchen\/bar.<\/li>\n<li>Then, depending on device used for kitchen\/bar, the list of items will be automatically:\n<ul>\n<li>Appeared in the list of items need to process in the tablet of kitchen\/bar.<\/li>\n<li>Or printed out at printer for kitchen\/bar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><em>(If guest makes no change as items reservation (no new item or no change of item), the order taking staff just need to touch symbol <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ib alignnone wp-image-5992\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/ic_Luu_phone.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"50\" height=\"25\" \/>\u00a0to save order).<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If guest has already made item reservation, close to the time guest comes, you should send the reserved items to kitchen\/bar to process as following: Select order type as Reservation in list of tab Touch symbol\u00a0, to send reserved items to kitchen\/bar.
