Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The guest can easily add tip<\/p>\n

Instruction steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 1: <\/strong>On the management page, go to System settings\/General settings<\/strong>\"\"<\/p>\n

Step 2:<\/strong> Select Purchase\/Sale <\/strong>tab,<\/strong> go to Sale<\/strong> and click Edit<\/strong><\/p>\n

– On Tip suggestion<\/strong>, check Tip suggestion (%)\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

– The program suggests tip including 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and allows the manager to change tips<\/p>\n

– Enter Content of Tip suggestion.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Note: <\/strong>Content of tip suggestion must not be empty.<\/p>\n

Then click Save.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 3:<\/strong> On PC, select order to get payment and click Get payment<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 4:<\/strong> Select payment method<\/p>\n

– Click on Tip <\/strong>and check the value.\"\"<\/p>\n

– If the guest wants to add tip for the staff, click on Options <\/strong>and enter the amount.<\/p>\n

Then click OK.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Click Close <\/strong>or Print & Accept <\/strong>to complete order.<\/p>\n

Note: <\/strong><\/p>\n

– For the bills with no tip, to add tip please check Tip\/Change not taken<\/strong><\/p>\n

– For the bills added tip on mobile, the program will automatically save the tip amount and allow to edit.<\/p>\n

– For the bills with tip paid by cash and more than the receivable amount: default the extra money as the change returned to the guest.<\/p>\n

– For the bills with tip paid by card: default adding the change to the tip<\/p>\n

<\/a>2. Add tax details to the report<\/strong><\/p>\n

Purpose: <\/strong><\/p>\n

The owner can check tax details and know how much they need to pay to the tax authority.<\/p>\n

Instruction steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n

On the management page, select Report\\Sale<\/strong> and select Sale by time<\/strong><\/p>\n
