Purpose<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The manager of the chain can add restaurants in a chain and manage procurement and sales activities for each restaurant. The manager\/owner can check sales report by restaurant or consolidated sales report.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>2. Instruction steps<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u2756 For a restaurant which newly uses CUKCUK, the system defaults it as a single restaurant. To change it to a chain of restaurants, follow these steps:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1. Go to\u00a0<strong>System settings\\General settings<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 12pt;\">2. Select <\/span><strong style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 12pt;\">General information\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 12pt;\">tab.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #333333;\">3. Check\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #333333;\">As a chain of restaurants<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #333333;\">\u00a0on\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #333333;\">General information <\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #333333;\">tab.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-25931\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/1-13.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1076\" height=\"817\" \/><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Note:<\/strong><em>\u00a0If you are using\u00a0<\/em><strong>Standard\u00a0<\/strong>or\u00a0<em><strong>Professional\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><em>package and you check this box, the system will require you to upgrade\u00a0to\u00a0<\/em><strong>Enterprise\u00a0<\/strong><em>package.<\/em><\/span><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-25929\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Group-103-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"602\" height=\"305\" \/><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">4. Click\u00a0<strong>Save.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">All imported data on the software will be given to the first restaurant in the chain and the program will automatically log out.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">To add other restaurants in the chain, log in again and continue with these steps:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">5. Go to\u00a0<strong>System settings\\Restaurant<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-25919\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/2-12.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1074\" height=\"816\" \/><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">6. Click\u00a0<strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u2756 After adding a new restaurant in the chain, the chain manager can authorize a staff as a manager by:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1. Selecting\u00a0<strong>Restaurant chain\u00a0<\/strong>in the list.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-25924\" src=\"\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/4-11.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1082\" height=\"705\" \/><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2. Going to\u00a0<strong>List\\Staff<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">3.
