IP address (*1) on a computer normally is automatically assigned. When it is restarted, this IP address will be changed.<\/p>\n

If the waitstaff’s mobile device is connected to the local server and IP address of the server is changed, the cashier cannot synchronize transactions with the server. Therefore, it is necessary to assign a fixed IP address for the local server according to MAC address (*2). When assigning IP address according to MAC address of the local server, IP address of the server will always be fixed (E.g.: Fix IP address of the local server as 192.168.0.100) and prioritized by the access point upon network connection. \nDepending on the network provider, assigning IP address according to MAC address of the local server is different.

Open the browser and enter IP address of Router. Normally 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1Enter Username, Password. Default Username is admin, Password is admin or 1234 or 1111. (Login information is different among providers and normally printed on the bottom of the device)
