Printer is directly plugged into the PC which changes the connection port<\/a><\/div>\n<div><a href=\"#7\">7. Although the printer is connected to PC\/POS when CUKCUK.VN software is running, it cannot print<\/a><\/div>\n<div><a href=\"#8\">8. Printer is turned off<br \/>\n<\/strong>In the end of a working day, the staff closes the restaurant and turns off all electric appliances, including printer. In the next working day, the staff does not turn the printer on, so it is impossible to print.<br \/>\nSolution: Check if the printer is turned on or off.<br \/>\n<strong><a name=\"5\"><\/a>5. PC which is shared with the printer via LAN network is turned off<\/strong><a name=\"P5\"><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>A PC in the LAN network is shared with the printer. Other devices are connected to the printer via the shared PC. In the next working day, this shared PC is not turned on, so all of other devices cannot print.<br \/>\nSolution: turn on or start the PC shared<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0with the printer<\/span>.<\/div>\n<div><strong><a name=\"6\"><\/a>6. Printer is directly plugged into the PC which changes the connection port<\/strong>Printer is connected with a PC via USD port. The user unplugs the USB cable from port A and plugs again into port B, so the printer cannot print.<br \/>\nSolution: plug the USB cable into the right port or change port setting in printer setting as follows:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">6.1. Go to\u00a0<strong>Start\\Devices and Printers.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size40\" src=\"https:\/\/gettingstarted.cukcuk.com\/de\/images\/Khac\/start.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">6.2.\u00a0Right-click the in-use printer icon, select\u00a0<strong>Printer properties.<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size70\" src=\"https:\/\/gettingstarted.cukcuk.com\/de\/images\/Khac\/7-21-2016%2011-55-13%20AM.png\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">6.3. Although the printer is connected to PC\/POS when CUKCUK.VN software is running, it cannot print<\/strong><br \/>\nWhen opening CUKCUK Sale app on PC\/POS, the user plugs in a printer but the software cannot recognize the printer.<br \/>\nSolution: turn off the software. Plug the printer in again and then restart the software and select the printer again.<br \/>\n<strong><a name=\"8\"><\/a>8. Printed bills are cut off or blanked out<\/strong><br \/>\nBills are still printed but with cutoffs or blankouts. It may be because the printer driver was installed incorrectly. Printed document is blank<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nDocument is still printed but blank. It may be because the paper roll is placed reverse. To solve this problem, follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open the printer lid.<\/li>\n<li>Place the paper roll again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong><a name=\"10\"><\/a>10. Printer cannot print after some days of working properly<br \/>\nCause: <\/strong><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">Due t<\/span>o nature of the thermal printer, logo printed on the bill or draft bill is blurry and after some time, ink is faded away.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<div><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"><strong><a name=\"11\"><\/a>11. Print template is cut and printing is unstable<\/strong><br \/>\nWhen printing bill from a tablet, the print template is cut or printing is unstable. The cause may be low memory. Process ticket is cut in the middle and cannot display item name<\/strong><strong><br \/>\nCause:\u00a0<\/strong>When auto-cut mode of the program is integrated with some old printers, it is not compatible.
