If the restaurant has different prices applied to different areas (For example: Price in room with A\/C is higher than that in a common room or price on the third floor is higher than that on the first) and wants to set it on software, follow these steps:<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 1:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Go to the management page, System settings\\General settings\\Purchase\/Sale, <\/strong>check Apply the selling price policy by area<\/strong><\/span>

Step 2:\u00a0<\/strong>Select Yes\/No <\/strong>to apply price by area for items on menu<\/span>
\n– For the restaurants which already have menu: Go to menu, export the list to Excel. Then select Yes in Apply price by area <\/strong>column for applicable items. Then import it to the program.<\/span>
\n– For the restaurants which do not have menu, prepare an Excel file and then import it to the program<\/span>

\nStep 3:<\/strong>\u00a0Go to Menu, click Set up price by area policy<\/strong><\/span>
\n\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Set increased\/decreased percentage\/amount for items by area (this area is in the restaurant layout) by clicking on Quick settings or click the icon\u00a0\"\"\u00a0on each item<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThen select Apply.<\/span><\/p>\n

After that, price of each item in each area will be updated as set.<\/span><\/p>\n

When setting <\/em>Price policy, <\/strong>only applicable to items checked Apply price by area. <\/strong>For these checked items, you need to Price policy settings <\/strong>to apply again.<\/em>\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

If you add new items or want to adjust different prices of each item in different areas, go to Selling price policy tab and check Apply price by area. Then enter the price in each area.<\/span>
