To show payment amount on the additional screen of APOS A8 so that the guest can quickly track total payable amount, please follow these steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

–Note:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

This feature is only applicable to\u00a0Quick Service\u00a0<\/strong>restaurants–<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Step 1: <\/strong>Install APOS A8\u00a0driver. (If it is already installed, you do not need to do it again)<\/span>
\n1. Download APOS A8\u00a0driver\u00a0here<\/a>.<\/span>
\n2. After downloading the driver, double click to install.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

3. Click\u00a0Next<\/strong>\u00a0to install.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Step 2:\u00a0<\/strong>Check ports of APOS A8.<\/span>
\n1. Click\u00a0Start<\/strong>, search and select\u00a0Computer Management<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

2. On\u00a0Device Manager<\/strong>, select\u00a0Ports (COM & LPT)<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

3. On\u00a0Prolific USB-to-Serial Comm Port\u00a0<\/strong>(COM3) is the port of APOS A8. (here is\u00a0COM3 port)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Step 3:<\/strong>\u00a0Set display on the additional screen<\/span>
\n1. On CUKCUK software, click the icon\u00a0, select\u00a0Settings<\/strong>.<\/span>
\n2. On\u00a0Display price screen<\/strong>, click\u00a0Edit<\/strong>.<\/span>
\n3. Select port to connect with APOS A8, enter the display content before selecting item and after checking out.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Click\u00a0Save<\/strong>.<\/span>
\nContent will be shown on the additional screen of APOS A8 as follows:<\/strong><\/span>
\n1. Before selecting an item, the program will show the set information as in\u00a0Display content before selecting item.\u00a0<\/strong>E.g.: Hello, please select items.<\/em>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
