If the restaurant has multiple floors\/areas, each of which has a kitchen\/bar, when sending processing ticket the waitstaff wants to send the ticket to multiple kitchens\/bars. For example, a BBQ restaurant has 3 floors and 1 outdoor yard which only serves drinks. Kitchens\/bars in the floors\/areas are set as follows:<\/span>
\nOutdoor yard: 1 bar for bartender, 1 bar for bottled drinks.<\/span>
\nFloor 1: 1 BBQ kitchen for the whole restaurant, 1 Vegetable kitchen, 1\u00a0bar for bartender, 1 bar for bottled drinks.<\/span>
\nFloor 2 and 2:\u00a01 Vegetable kitchen, 1\u00a0bar for bartender, 1 bar for bottled drinks.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In this case, set as below:<\/span>
\nOn the management webpage:<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1. On\u00a0System settings\/General settings<\/strong>, Purchase\/Sale\u00a0tab<\/strong>, check Allow to send 1 item to multiple kitches\/bars.

2. Then on Utilities, Serving area<\/strong> appears.<\/span><\/div>\n

3. Enter the serving areas in the restaurant: Floor 1, Floor 2, Floor 3, Outdoor yard.<\/span><\/div>\n

4. The manager enters kitchens\/bars: BBQ kitchen, Vegetable kitchen, bar for bartender, Bar for bottled drinks.<\/span>

  • BBQ kitchen, Vegetable kitchen in Floor 1, 2, and 3.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Bar for bartender, Bar for bottled drinks for the whole restaurant.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

    5. Select items to be processed in the kitchens\/bars: BBQ kitchen selects BBQ items, Vegetable kitchen select vegetables, and bar selects drinks.<\/span><\/div>\n

    On the cashier’s PC\/POS:<\/em><\/strong><\/span>
    \n1.\u00a0On\u00a0Settings\/Printer and template, <\/strong>select the serving area.<\/span>
    \n2. Select the printer corresponding\u00a0to the working area.<\/span><\/div>\n

    \n2. Select the cashier’s device in the working area.<\/span><\/div>\n
    3. Select the corresponding serving area.<\/span>

    3. Set IP address corresponding ot each area.<\/span>
