Details are below:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>2. Instruction steps<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">On <strong>General report <\/strong>screen, the following information is displayed: <strong>Daily operation; Sales, Cost, Profit; Sales by date; Average number of patrons by hour; Sales by items; Top items; Weighted sales per item; Sales by type of service; Sales of items by date; Inventory under minimum level. <\/strong>Scroll down to view detailed report\/chart:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote>\n<div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>1.\u00a0Daily operation<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Purpose:<\/strong>\u00a0The manager can follow up daily operation, know how much the restaurant earns per day; quantity of checked out, serving or deleted orders; Estimated sales and Number of patrons.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size100\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.de\/en\/images\/man-hinh-tong-quan-0001.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">a. <strong>Sales:<\/strong> Total earnings per day at the time of report, with details of <strong>Sales, Debt collected, Deposit<\/strong>.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">b. <strong>Order:<\/strong> All orders are <strong>Checked out, Serving, <\/strong>and <strong>Deleted. <\/strong>Note: Serving orders include delivery orders which are not yet checked out.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">c. <strong>Estimated sales:<\/strong>\u00a0includes <strong>Checked out <\/strong>orders (Paid, Unpaid) and <strong>Serving <\/strong>orders.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">d. <strong>Guests:<\/strong>\u00a0includes Served and Serving guests at the time of report. Serving capacity = Number of patrons\/(Maximum capacity)*100%.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">*Maximum capacity is set by the manager on <strong>System settings\/General settings, Purchase\/Sale <\/strong>tab, set <strong>Serving capacity<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><strong><\/p>\n<p>2. Sales, Cost, Profit<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Purpose:\u00a0<\/strong>The manager can view total sales, cost and profit in the report period. If it is a restaurant chain, compare sales, cost, and profit of the restaurants in the chain to check which restaurant operates effectively<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size70\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.de\/en\/images\/man-hinh-tong-quan-0002.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">a. <strong>Sales<\/strong> is total sales and other receivables in the report period<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">b. <strong>Cost\u00a0<\/strong>is total ingredient cost (Total stock issue) and other costs (as recognized on <strong>Cost<\/strong>)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">c. <strong>Profit: Sales &#8211; Cost<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>3. Sales by date<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Purpose:<\/strong>\u00a0Compare sales by date, check on which date the restaurant is crowded so that you can make a proper business plan<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"img-size70\" style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-size70\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.de\/en\/images\/man-hinh-tong-quan-0003.png\" alt=\"\" \/>\u200b<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>4.
