\nThe manager can recognize results from stock checking and handle difference (if any).<\/span>

To recognize result from stock checking, follow these steps:<\/span>
\n1.<\/strong>\u00a0Go to Storehouse<\/strong>, select Stock checking\\Add <\/strong>tab.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\nAlternative 2:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>Export list of ingredients from the software, conduct checking and then import results.<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Click Export list of ingredients\u00a0<\/strong>to download\u00a0List of ingredients under checking<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Enter actual quantity on Checking <\/strong>column, reason for difference (if necessary) on Reason <\/strong>column.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The program will only import value of <\/em>Checking <\/strong>and Reason <\/strong>column<\/em>.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

      • Save and close the Excel file.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Click Import, <\/strong>select Excel file just filled with result.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        \n3.2. \u00a0Add Checking by value <\/strong>by either of these ways:
        \nAlternative 1:<\/strong>\u00a0Directly enter it on Stock checking <\/strong>screen: Enter actual quantity and value

        \nAlternative 2:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>Export list of ingredients from the program. Check stock and enter the result. Then import it to the program.

        • Click Export list of ingredients <\/strong>to download Excel file.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          The program only imports value in <\/strong>Quantity\/Checking, Value\/Checking <\/strong>and Reason <\/strong>column in the Excel file to the program.

          • Save and close the Excel file.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Click Import, <\/strong>select the file which has just added checking result and import it to the program.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

            • For the ingredients which have Inventory quantity > Quantity in book, the system will automatically generate\u00a0Stock receipt note after checking <\/strong>on Stock receipt <\/strong>tab to handle difference.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • For the ingredients with Checking value > Value in book, the program will automatically generate Stock receipt note after checking<\/strong> on Stock receipt <\/strong>tab in order to handle the difference. When handling the difference by Stock receipt<\/strong>, the program automatically loads Amount equalling to Checking value minus Value in book.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • For the ingredients which have Inventory quantity < Quantity in book, the system will automatically generate\u00a0Stock issue note after checking <\/strong>on Stock issue\u00a0<\/strong>tab to handle difference<\/span><\/li>\n
            • For the ingredients with Checking value < Value in book, the program will automatically generate\u00a0Stock issue note after checking<\/strong>\u00a0on\u00a0Stock issue\u00a0<\/strong>tab in order to handle the difference.\u00a0When handling the difference by\u00a0Stock issue<\/strong>, the program automatically loads Amount equalling to Checking value minus Value in book.<\/span><\/li>\n
