\nThe manager can quickly update price of\u00a0seasonal price items<\/a>\u00a0and ,items subject to price schedule<\/a>\u00a0by updating price on Excel file and then import it to the software.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

\n<\/a>2.1. Update price for seasonal price items<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

To update price of\u00a0seasonal price items, follow these steps:<\/span>
\n1. Go to\u00a0Menu\\Update price<\/strong>. Check Update seasonal price items.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n

2.Download Excel template file. Update new price on Selling price <\/strong>column.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

If you want to change price of an item which is not in the list, you need to go back to Menu, <\/strong>search such item and\u00a0check Seasonal price items<\/strong>, then download the Excel file again.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

3. After updating new price, save and close the Excel file.<\/span>
\n4. Click\u00a0Select\u00a0<\/strong>to import the updated Excel file.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n

In addition it is possible to view reason for updating invalid price by\u00a0clicking the link Here<\/strong>\u00a0to download the file containing unsuccessfully imported items.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

6. Click Proceed<\/strong>, the system will update price of valid items and notify of import results.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

1. Go to Menu\\Update price. <\/strong>Check Update price schedule.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This option only appears if the restaurant checks<\/em>\u00a0<\/em>Apply price <\/em><\/strong><\/span>schedule<\/em>\u00a0in Purchase\/Sale settings<\/a><\/em>).<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

2. Download Excel template file. On\u00a0Apply price schedule <\/strong>column: Select Yes <\/strong>for items subject to\u00a0Apply price schedule. Update price for each schedule on Price schedule column.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

3. After updating selling price, save and close Excel file.<\/span>
