1. If checking Display ingredient inventory<\/strong>, the system will automatically calculate the requested quantity according to formula: Requested quantity = Quantity in need – Inventory quantity.<\/span><\/div>\n
2. If unchecking Display ingredient inventory<\/strong>,\u00a0Chef\/Bartender will enter Requested quantity <\/strong>by themselves.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n
<\/a>2.2. Create a stock request note based on items which are being sold and are going to be sold.
