Purpose<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Help the cashier to check out and get payment for the guest upon checkout request.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>2.\u00a0Instruction steps<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">To check out and get payment, follow these steps:<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1. Select order which requests payment.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 Click the icon\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.de\/en\/images\/TNthutien02.png\" alt=\"\" \/>\u00a0on the order which requests checkout.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0 \u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.de\/en\/images\/Cashier Check out 1.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2. Enter information on checkout screen.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote>\n<div>\n<blockquote>\n<div>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Select guest information at \u200b<strong>Guest<\/strong><strong>.\u00a0<\/strong>If the guest is not in the list, click\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.de\/en\/images\/Thu%20ngan\/bieu_tuong_dau_cong.png\" alt=\"\" \/>\u00a0to quickly add guest.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">If the guest is entitled to promotion programs, select a proper program at <strong>Promotions<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Click <strong>OTHER PROMOTION <\/strong>to add other discount offer which is not the common promotion of the restaurant.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Click the icon\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.de\/en\/images\/Thu%20ngan\/bieu_tuong_hop_qua.png\" alt=\"\" \/>\u00a0to offer free item or discount a specific item for guest.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">If the restaurant has <strong>Service charge, Tax, <\/strong>check a proper box. Note: you must set at <strong>General\u00a0Settings\/ Procurement\/Sale <\/strong>tab\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">If the restaurant issues Voucher, click\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.de\/en\/images\/Thu%20ngan\/bieu_tuong_voucher.png\" alt=\"\" \/>\u00a0to accept guest&#8217;s voucher<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.de\/en\/images\/Cashier Check out 2.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">3. Click the icon <strong>Get payment<\/strong>.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">If guest pays by cash or card:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Enter payment amount, select face value or <strong>Cash suggestion<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Select proper payment method.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Check<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>Guest doesn&#8217;t take the change<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>or<strong>\u00a0Change deducted<\/strong>\u00a0on a case-by-case basis. If the guest tips the waitstaff, you need to enter the amount in <strong>Tip\/Change not taken <\/strong>box.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">If the guest wants to take Entertainment note, check <strong>Print entertainment note.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.de\/en\/images\/Cashier Check out 3.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><em>Note:<\/em><\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><em>If enter face value<br \/>\n<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><em>The number of clicks on face value is equal to the number of banknotes given by the guest (For example: if the guest gives USD 200 only click 100.00 twice)\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><em>If enter wrong amount (wrong number of banknotes), delete the amount and re-enter.<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><em>If the guest pays later (this function only appears if the restaurant checks <strong>Allow guest to pay later <\/strong>in <strong>Settings\\General settings\\ Procurement\/Sale <\/strong>Tab).<br \/>\n<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Click the icon\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.de\/en\/images\/bieutuonghuysotien.png\" alt=\"\" \/>\u00a0beside the amount guest has to pay.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Check <strong>Unpaid<\/strong>\u00a0and enter guest information.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Click <strong>Print and Accept.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><em><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.de\/en\/images\/Cashier Check out 4.png\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>3. Note<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Each bill can only select 1 payment method.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">For Quick Service restaurant, the cashier will do all the tasks from Take order, Check out and Get payment for the guest.
