On the management page<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"#II\">II. On PC<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"#III\">III. On Mobile\/Tablet<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Here are details of change:<br \/>\n<strong><a name=\"I\"><\/a>I. On the management page<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>1.1. Follow up and manage vouchers<\/strong><br style=\"font-weight: 400;\" \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the management page, on<\/span><strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span>Promotion\/Voucher<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,\u00a0the software allows the manager to manage list of vouchers created by the cashier. The manager can follow up these information:<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.de\/en\/images\/2022-04-19_15-12-36.png\" \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><strong>Note:<\/strong><br style=\"font-weight: 400;\" \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The software defaults this month, and you can edit it.<br \/>\n<\/span>When the cashier issues vouchers on PC. After clicking OK, on the management page it will automatically generate pay-in note and default reason is &#8220;<strong>&lt;kh\u00e1ch h\u00e0ng&gt; bought voucher&#8221;<\/strong><br style=\"font-weight: 400;\" \/><strong>1.2. On PC<\/strong><br style=\"font-weight: 400;\" \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Step 1:<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> On PC, click the icon<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.de\/en\/images\/2022-04-20_11-11-07.png\" \/> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and select <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Issuing Voucher <\/strong>to create Voucher.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.de\/en\/images\/2022-05-24_18-00-38.png\" \/><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here the cashier can enter full information. Then click <\/span><strong>OK<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The program will automatically print vouchers in the applicable paper size<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.de\/en\/images\/2022-05-24_16-18-35.png\" \/> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2:\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Upon making payment<br \/>\n<strong>1.<\/strong>\u00a0The cashier enters Voucher ID to get payment.\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the voucher ID is entered correctly, its status will be\u00a0<\/span><strong>Valid\u00a0<\/strong>and voucher details will be shown.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.de\/en\/images\/2022-05-24_16-22-28.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.de\/en\/images\/R92_TA_Voucher_4...png\" \/><br \/>\n2. Search voucher by phone number<\/p>\n<p>If the phone number has 1 or many vouchers, the program will show list of vouchers and expiry date. <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.de\/en\/images\/R92_TA_Voucher_5.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0 For valid vouchers, t<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The cashier can select maximum 1 voucher to apply.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>3. The cashier enter used value<\/p>\n<p>4. On the bill\/check, used value will be shown in Voucher part<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>For the bills applying voucher, when printing the bill, the program will print voucher note if the voucher is still valid<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.de\/en\/images\/R92_TA_Voucher_6.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3:<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Shift report<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On PC, click the icon\u00a0, select\u00a0<strong>General report\\Shift report<\/strong>. The program shows total payment by voucher.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.de\/en\/images\/R92_TA_Voucher_7.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4:\u00a0<\/strong>Shift handover minutes<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On <strong>Sale\\Voucher<\/strong>: The program shows total amount paid by Voucher.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>On\u00a0<strong>Shift handover\\Qty. of vouchers<\/strong>: The program shows total number of bills applying vouchers.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.de\/en\/images\/R92_TA_Voucher_8.png\" \/><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Step 5: <\/strong>Closing entries<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Whichever method of payment the guest buys voucher with, the program will recognize that method of payment to the revenue.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.de\/en\/images\/R92_TA_Voucher_9.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong><b><a name=\"III\"><\/a>III.
