{"id":22663,"date":"2022-09-16T08:49:48","date_gmt":"2022-09-16T01:49:48","guid":{"rendered":"\/de\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=22663"},"modified":"2022-09-19T09:00:09","modified_gmt":"2022-09-19T02:00:09","slug":"r93","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"\/de\/kb\/r93\/","title":{"rendered":"R93"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Add a feature: Allow the restaurants to issue and manage vouchers<br \/>\nPurpose:<br \/>\n<\/strong>The cashier can create vouchers and the manager can follow up the issuance and use of vouchers at the restaurant<strong style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Instruction steps:<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Step 1:\u00a0Issue bills<br \/>\n<\/strong>On Quick-service software, click on the icon<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and select<strong> &#8220;Issue voucher&#8221; <\/strong>to create Voucher. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On <strong>Issue voucher <\/strong>screen, the cashier needs to enter full information as in the image below.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.de\/en\/images\/2022-05-09_13-18-40123123.png\" \/> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Then click <\/span>&#8220;OK&#8221;.<br \/>\nStep 2:\u00a0Get payment<br \/>\n<\/strong>When the customer gives voucher, the cashier can get payment as follows:<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Case 1:\u00a0<\/strong>The cashier enters voucher ID. If it is valid, the cashier click\u00a0<\/span><strong>OK\u00a0<\/strong>to apply the voucher.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.cukcuk.de\/en\/images\/2022-05-09_15-41-551212.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Case 2:<\/strong>\u00a0The cashier enters phone number to search voucher. If the phone number has more than 1 vouchers, the program will show all vouchers.
