\n1. For Not yet bought tab
\n<\/strong>To create Voucher ID, please follow these either of these ways:
\nOption 1: Auto-generate codes<\/strong>
\nOn the management page, go to\u00a0Promotion\/Voucher\/Not yet bought,\u00a0<\/strong>click on the icon\"\"to select time. Then, select\u00a0Add\/Auto-generate code\u00a0<\/strong>to create Voucher.
\n\"\"
\nOn auto-generate code screen, the manager enters full information as below. Then, click\u00a0Generate code.\u00a0<\/strong>New codes are saved in\u00a0Not yet bought.
\n<\/strong>\"\"
\nNote:
\n<\/strong>Digit length > Number of codes to be generated
\nE.g.\u00a0<\/strong>Digit length is 1, number of codes to be generated is 10. After clicking\u00a0Generate code<\/strong>, the program will show the warning\u00a0“The digit length is not enough to generate 10 voucher codes. Please reset.”<\/strong>

\nIf the voucher range to be generated has duplicated codes, the program will skip these duplicated codes and continue generating new codes.

\nMoreover, in list of codes check voucher codes and click\u00a0Edit\u00a0<\/strong>to edit voucher information.\u00a0<\/strong>Then, click\u00a0Save.
\n<\/strong>\"\"
\nIf the voucher id is set up wrong and you want to delete it, check that voucher and select\u00a0Delete<\/strong>. The program will show this warning\u00a0“Are you sure you want to delete … voucher?”<\/strong>. Then, click\u00a0Yes\u00a0<\/strong>to complete.

\nNote:<\/strong>\u00a0Cannot edit many vouchers at the same time, but can delete many vouchers at the same time.
\nAfter creating voucher, the manager selects\u00a0Export<\/strong>\u00a0to export list of vouchers to Excel.

\nOption 2: Enter code<\/strong>
\nOn the management page, go to\u00a0Promotion\/Voucher\/Not yet bought\u00a0<\/strong>and click on the icon\"\"to select time. Then select\u00a0Add\/Manually enter code\u00a0<\/strong>to create vouchers.
\n\"\"
\nOn Manually enter code, the manager enters voucher IDs in the box. Then click\u00a0Generate code.\u00a0<\/strong>New codes are saved in\u00a0Not yet bought\u00a0tab.

On the management page, go to\u00a0Promotion\/Voucher\/Bought\u00a0<\/strong>and click on the icon\"\"to filter time and click\u00a0Load data.<\/strong>
\nThe screen will show list of sold vouchers.

\nOn the column\u00a0Used value<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Expiry date<\/strong>, click on the icon\"\"<\/strong>\u00a0and select\u00a0Valid\/Invalid\u00a0<\/strong>or\u00a0All\u00a0<\/strong>to check expiry date of the vouchers.

\nIn some special cases, the restaurant usually issues vouchers for specific guests. For example, the guests have birthdays during the program time, special offer for guests with a specific name. The cashier can proceed as below: On PC\/POS, click on the icon \"\" and select “Issue Voucher” <\/strong>to create voucher. \"\" On Issue voucher screen, when the guest buys voucher, the cashier enters full information as below. You can select the existing guest or click on the icon \"\" <\/strong>to quickly add guest. Then click OK. \"\" Next, <\/strong>check Auto-generate code<\/strong> and click OK <\/strong>\"\" <\/strong>Moreover, if the cashier does not check Auto-generate code, click on the icon \"\" to get voucher ID as set on the management page. \"\"<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nIn some special cases, the restaurant usually issues vouchers for specific guests. For example, the guests have birthdays during the program time, special offer for guests with a specific name. The cashier can proceed as below: On quick-service software, click on the icon\"\" and select “Voucher” <\/strong>to create Voucher \"\" On Issue voucher screen, when the guest buys voucher, the cashier enters full information as below.
