Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The cashier can send order to Kitchen\/Bar even if they haven’t got payment<\/span>
Instruction steps:<\/strong>
On the management page, go to\u00a0<\/span>System settings\\General settings\\Purchase\/Sale\u00a0<\/strong>and check\u00a0Allow cashier to send unpaid order to kitchen\/bar.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/strong><\/p>\n

On quick service version, when taking\u00a0<\/span>Dine-in\/Take-away\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>order the cashier clicks Send kitchen to send order to kitchen\/bar<\/span><\/p>\n


\nNext, the cashier presses <\/span>Cancel order<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0after sending to kitchen\/bar<\/span><\/p>\n

\nWhen cancelling order, the cashier needs to leave reason to easily track<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

I. On management page<\/strong><\/p>\n

On the management page, go to\u00a0System settings\\General settings\\Purchase\/Sale<\/strong>\u00a0and check\u00a0Allow to send to kitchen\/bar by serving time<\/strong><\/p>\n

II. On PC<\/strong><\/p>\n

On Order screen, the waitstaff creates order or add item. Then click\u00a0Send kitchen<\/strong><\/p>\n

The program shows order of serving so that the staff can select to send to\u00a0Kitchen\/Bar<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Moreover, on Order screen the waitstaff can click on the icon , select\u00a0Send to kitchen\/bar<\/strong>\u00a0and the serving timeNote:<\/strong>\u00a0For orders with 1 serving time, upon clicking on Send to kitchen\/bar the program does not show the serving time to select and sends order to kitchen\/bar instantly
\nIII. On Mobile app<\/strong>
\nOn Order screen, the waitstaff creates order or add item. Then click\u00a0Send kitchen.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nOn quick service, click the icon , select\u00a0Settings\\Second screen<\/strong>\u00a0and then\u00a0check Allow to display on second screen<\/strong>
\nThen click\u00a0Save<\/strong><\/p>\n

After creating order, on Get payment screen the program shows QRCode on the second screen so that the guest can scan and pay<\/p>\n
