Which device should be selected for which department?

Devices are recommended for each section as follows:

2. Receptionist
Receptionist installs software on PC/POS to manage reservation.

• PC/POS:
  • Microprocessor: Intel Dual Core CPU 1.0 GHz or higher (recommended Core i3 or higher).
  • RAM: recommended 4GB or more.
  • Hard drive: 10 GB empty or more (recommended 50 GB empty or more)
  • Screen: Resolution 1024×768 or higher.
  • Operating system: Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows XP SP3 trở lên.

3. Cashier

Cashier installs the software on PC/POS to take order and check out. Cashier also installs a printer to print bill, checking note, etc.

• PC/POS:
  • Microprocessor: Intel Dual Core CPU 1.0 GHz or higher (recommended Core i3 or higher).
  • RAM: recommended 4GB or more.
  • Hard drive: 10 GB empty or more (recommended 50 GB empty or more)
  • Screen: Resolution 1024×768 or higher.
  • Operating system: Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows XP SP3 or higher.
• Android tablet: Android operating system from 4.0.3 or higher. For example: Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9,7 inch, Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8 inch.
• AnyPOS machine: a machine integrated with Android tablet, thermal printer, cash drawer and guest screen. With a touchscreen, 9.7”/12.1”/15.6”, AnyPOS is compact and easy to use. Intel or ARM processor is powerful. The machine is suitable for different kinds of market.
• Printer:
  • Thermal printer with USB or LAN port and 58 mm or 80 mm width. Recommended: APOS 230, BIXOLON SRP-330, XP-80C, PRP 085…
  • Bluetooth thermal printer with 58 mm width (recommended RPP02N printer) or 80mm width (recommended K80 printer).

Note: Thermal printer should print 260mm/s and more, have LAN connection port and automatically cut paper.

5.  Kitchen/Bar: use CUKCUK – Kitchen apps for tablet to receive orders, notify processed items, etc.
In addition to tablet, Kitchen/Bar should use smart TV for Screen Mirroring so that all kitchen/bar staff can see which item needs processing? how many servings? If kitchen/bar does not use the tablet, they can use printer to print orders.
