For the restaurants which strictly control taking orders and serving guests, the manager wants the waitstaff not to be able to combine orders, split order, change table and move to other order without their permission. To do so, please follow these steps:
On the management page, on System settings\General settings\Purchase/Sale check Require Manager to confirm in the following cases: combine orders, split order, change table or move to other order
After that, when the cashier wants to Combine orders, Split order, Change table or Move to other order they must get the Manager’s confirmation.
- Combine order
- Split order
- Change table
- Move to other order
Note:
- Roles can confirm of combining orders, splitting order, changing table and moving to other order including Manager, Chain Manager, System Administrator.
- If the manager wants to assign the other staff to do this, they can add Control order role to that staff.
