The order taking and cashier staff can get payment from guest as following:
- On Order screen, touch
on the order of guest you want to get payment.
- The program shows the guest’s Bill.
- Here you can see the amount guest has to pay, touch Cash/Bank card to select type of payment
- Enter the payment amount or select cash suggestions.
- The app will calculate the change for you, click Get payment to complete.
- Note: If you want to give Check to guest, click the icon
to go to Check screen.
Other tasks of order taking and cashier staff are similar to the tasks of staff who only takes order. Please see more instruction details here.
Note: If the manager sets Require Manager to confirm result from checking items or checking out upon change, when there is any change of items on Checking out screen it requires confirmation of the Manager account.
Positions which can confirm checking out include: Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Chain Manager, System Administrator.
If the manager wants to assign another staff to confirm checking out, it is possible to add Order control to such staff.
