To take order for guest dines in the restaurant, proceed as following:
Step 1: Take order
- Touch
Note: You can select tab Bestseller to recommend items to guest or to quickly select bestselling items and add to order.
- Touch the item in the menu.
- At the menu list, touch the item that the customer calls to add to the order.
- The number of touches on an item will be the number of servings ordered. You can touch quantity of items to quickly add quantity.
- You can search for item by typing the first letter in the name of item. Example: To search for Chateau beef tartare then type cbt, to search for French black caviar then type fbc, etc.
- You can quickly find the caller by tapping on the icon
and typing the first letters of the name. For example : To find Crab egg sushi, just type ces, to find Marguro sushi just type ms,…
- Select all the items you need, and select Done.
- Select a range of callers, tap the button NEXT to switch to the List of dialed items screen.
- Touch the icon
to switch to the PLU input screen. Enter according to the formula: Number of items * Item code. . - Touch
to enter quantity of guest. - Touch the container Number to select the information of the sitting table.
- Touch icon
, then touch Additional item to add items that are not in the menu. - Touch Promotion if you want to apply promotion for guest (This symbol will only appear if the restaurant manager has set up promotions and those promotions are applicable).
- Touch Price schedule to change price of items to a different price at the time you make oder. (This symbol will only appear if the restaurant manager has set up price schedule in menu settings).
- Enter other details in the order (if any).
Step 2: Send Kitchen & Bar
- Touch button SEND TO K/B to send order to kitchen/bar to process.
- Then, depending on device used for kitchen/bar, the list of items will be automatically:
- Appeared in the list of items need to process in the tablet of kitchen/bar.Or printed out at printer for kitchen/bar.
