The restaurant applies offline connection for all devices using CUKCUK software, when opening the apps and clicking Connect, connection error message appears.
Here are the possible causes:
- Because the Offline Server is inactive.
- Because the staff enters wrong IP of the cashier’s device.
- Because the mobile device of the waitstaff is not connected to the same network as the cashier’s device.
- Because SQL CUKCUK.VN on the device is turned off.
- Because the cashier’s device is blocked by Firewall.
- The same IP because the restaurant uses dynamic IP.
