Cashier can collect guest’s debt as follows:
1. Click the icon, select Collect debt.
2. On Collect debt screen, search guest by name, phone number or address.
3. Click the icon
in the debt row.

4. Click Agree to collect payment, or click OK & Print to confirm and print Debt Collection Note for the guest.
