Add a feature: allow the cashier to send order to kitchen/bar before getting payment
Purpose:
Allow the cashier to send order to kitchen/bar before getting payment
Instruction steps:
On PC, when creating Dine-in/Take away order, click on Send to kitchen/bar
On Order screen, allow the cashier to Cancel order after sending order to kitchen/bar
Note:
When the cashier cancels order, the screen shows reason
